Our products are backed by the official results of tests conducted by the National Measurement Institute, an Australian Government body, where samples from each batch of honey or honeycomb are tested in accordance with strict ISO and IEC standards. Each sample of our honey or honeycomb undergoes a microbial inhibition test (MIT) to determine its total antimicrobial activity.
