The giant Karri tree is the world’s third tallest tree. The Karri tree can grow up to a height of up to 80 meters and is only found in the south-west of Western Australia. Karri trees produce a mildly fragrant flower, which gives our bees the ability to produce a truly delicious and smooth tasting honey. Karri trees only flower once every 7-10 years, making Karri honey very rare and extremely sought after.
